7. Payment Terms
• Payment for services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept bank transfers, E-wallet. Invoices will be provided detailing the services rendered.
8. Liability
• Wengseng OA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Customers may cancel or reschedule a service request by contacting us at least 8 hours before the scheduled service date.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after this period may incur a fee.
